Vanessa Buchheim

I have always had an interest in healthy eating and lifestyle, and this permeated my life even though my first career was in consumer goods marketing. I later decided to enter into the wellness industry and studied yoga and Ayurveda, but felt like I needed scientific evidence to develop and broaden my knowledge. Studying nutrition was a natural outcome of my lifelong interest in the topic. After experiencing some many benefits in my personal life and health, I decided to turn my passion into a way of life and profession. Thus, my purpose and mission is to share my knowledge and information about nutritional therapy, helping individuals to feel great and be healthy.

My main areas of interest are longevity and sports nutrition, digestive and metabolic health, as well as women’s wellbeing in perimenopause and menopause.
